What is a Payout?

A payout is the transfer of a merchant's available funds from DigetPay to their registered bank account or IBAN. After customer payments are processed and funds become available, DigetPay groups eligible amounts into payout batches according to the merchant's configured payout schedule.

Payout Schedules

DigetPay supports three payout schedule types, with one schedule per merchant:

The cut-off time determines when funds are included in the current payout batch:

Calculate Your Net Payout

DigetPay calculates your net payout by deducting fees, refunds, and VAT, then applying adjustments:

Net Payout = Successful Transactions − Fees − Refunds − Fees ± Adjustments

💡 Tip: Review your payout calculation regularly to understand how fees and refunds impact your final balance.

Scheduled Daily Example

Merchant Configuration: Scheduled Daily payout

Available Balance:

ItemAmount
Successful transactionsSAR 10,000
Fees− SAR 150
Refunds− SAR 500
VAT− 15%
Adjustments− SAR 50

Calculation:

Net Payout = 10,000 − 150 − 500 − 15% − 50
Net Payout = SAR 7,905

If today is Tuesday and funds are available before the cut-off time, SAR 9,400 is included in Tuesday's payout batch and transferred to the merchant's bank account.
