Merchant registration and KYC
Start onboarding by entering the required personal and business information. DigetPay uses this information to identify the merchant, validate the business, and prepare the account for verification through Nafath and Wathq.
Step 1 — Basic information
Enter the required registration details before identity and business verification begins.
All fields in this section are required to proceed with merchant verification. Ensure all information is accurate and up-to-date.

| National ID / Iqama | Yes | The business owner's National ID or Iqama number. Used for identity verification through Nafath. | Must be 10 digits and must be start with number 1 or 2 only. |
| Commercial Registration Certificate | Yes | The merchant enters the Commercial Registration number. DigetPay retrieves the official CR certificate and business details through Wathq. No file upload is required. | Must be a valid and active CR and must be 10 digits. |
| Mobile Number | Yes | Saudi mobile number used for OTP verification and onboarding updates. | Must follow Saudi mobile format: +966 5XXXXXXXX. |
| Email Address | Yes | Business email used for account activation, support, and notifications. | Must be a valid email address. |
| Services Required | Yes | The merchant selects the DigetPay services they want to use. | At least one service must be selected. |
Pro tip: Double-check your Commercial Registration number and National ID before submission. Verification failures can delay your onboarding process.
