Self-register a developer company + owner account

post
https://api.digetpay.com/v1/developer-portal/register

Creates a developer organization (verification DRAFT), an owner user,
and issues a REGISTRATION OTP challenge.

Finish activation with verify-otp, or regenerate the code with resend-otp.
Login afterwards goes through POST /developer-portal/auth/login.
